Privacy Policy

At ZeonTools, privacy isn't just a promise; it's physically baked into our architecture. We literally cannot see your data.

The TL;DR (Short Version)

Zero Uploads

We never upload your files, images, code, or proprietary text to any remote server.

No Accounts

We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in to use our tools.

Client-Side Only

ALL processing calculations happen strictly inside your web browser's local memory footprint.

1. The Client-Side Architecture

Unlike traditional utility websites that force you to upload a file to a remote server (where it might be logged or stored), ZeonTools utilizes modern browser technologies. By leveraging WebAssembly (WASM), Web Workers, and the HTML5 Canvas API, all computations run directly on your CPU.

When you use a tool like our Image Resizer or JSON Formatter, the file physically never leaves your computer. We do not have access to your database schemas, CSV data, API keys, or JWT tokens.

2. Local Storage Usage

Certain tools on ZeonTools may utilize your browser's native localStorage or sessionStorage APIs to save your UI preferences (such as remembering if you prefer Dark Mode or Light Mode). This extremely small amount of configuration data remains strictly on your physical device and is never transmitted to us. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's cache.

3. Analytics

To understand which tools are most useful and which ones we should build next, we use highly privacy-respecting, anonymized analytics telemetry. We track aggregated page views and high-level tool popularity. We strictly do not track the specific inputs, text, or files you provide to the tools.

4. Advertising

We use third-party ad networks (like Google AdSense) to keep this suite 100% free.

  • Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits.
  • This allows partners to serve ads based on standard Internet browsing.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

5. Policy Updates

We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect new tools or regulatory changes. We advise you to review this page periodically. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page. If you have questions about how we protect your data, feel free to contact us.
